Warranty Policy
1. Warranty Period
One Year Limited Warranty commences from the date of confirmed delivery (“Delivery Date”) as recorded by the carrier.
2. What This Warranty Covers
Uncle Brown warrants the product and its essential components against:
- Defects in materials or workmanship;
- Functional failures under normal use;
- Damage attributable to manufacturing faults.
Covered Items:
Product and use or functionally necessary parts.
Services:
- Free brand-new replacement parts;
- Free replacement/installation guidance;
- Full product replacement (Provide brand new products with the same model or similar functional configurations at Uncle Brown and the customer’s discretion).
Eligibility Requirements:
⑴ Valid proof of purchase from Uncle Brown Official or an authorized Uncle Brown reseller/dealer.

⑵ The warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
3. What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty is void if the product:
- Suffers accidental damage, abuse, misuse, or improper maintenance;
- Shows damage from chemicals or environmental factors;
- It has been moved from its original installation site;
- Is modified or altered in any way;
- Is installed by unlicensed personnel or contrary to the provided guidelines;
- Experiences normal wear and tear.
4. Warranty Claim Process
⑴ To request service:

Provide the order number, product details, and proof of purchase.
⑵ Diagnosis:
Submit evidence (photos/videos) demonstrating the defect.
Note: The more assistance you provide, the faster we can diagnose.
⑶ Resolution:
We will determine repair/replacement within 1 business day (In the case of identifying the problem).
If parts replacement is needed, provide your shipping address.
Replacement parts include free installation guidance.
5. Limitations & Disclaimers
Uncle Brown shall not be liable for:
- Costs related to installation/removal;
- Damages from unauthorized modifications or third-party parts;
- Products purchased from non-authorized sellers (counterfeit goods excluded from all support).
